Union Home Minister P Chidambaram
has asked the Chief Ministers of Bihar, Jharkhand and West
Bengal to come to Delhi for a meeting to discuss a
''tentative'' anti-Naxal plan drawn by the Centre before
the commencement of the inter-state operations.
